This looks like an alternate version of a character I have conceived numerous times, inspired by Marvel’s second form of Ms. Marvel, Binary, before she became regularly referred to as Warbird, back when she still had contact with the X-Men and…somehow…in later crossovers/hybrid comics, like when Marvel issued a sort of time-travel mini-series in which she appeared as a sort of “lady” in a world of knights and wizards.
